Large v3 Turbo prioritizes accuracy: one-time download of about 550 MB with a compatible graphics card (about 1 GB on CPU, which is much slower). Balanced (Small) is about 250–300 MB. Models stay cached. Pick the spoken language or let it be detected; review names and unclear speech.
